We have a very special episode for you this week! Through the magic of podcasting and the advantage of networking, we were treated to a private tasting of Mariposa Ice Creamery! If you didn't remember, we were introduced to Mariposa through Butcher Crown Roadhouse. One thing led to another, and before we knew it, we were treated to one of the best most unique experiences we've ever had on the podcast. First we tasted so many different flavors of ice cream, then we sat down with Pilar, the owner of the Mariposa Ice Creamery (and Brenda of Trade Secret with the assist!) to interview her about her ice cream and her business.
