Description

The Bent On Better Podcast is the podcast where we fulfill our mission as fitness professionals in helping people improve their lives and become one percent better everyday.

How Much Should I Eat To Lose Weight? This is a very popular topic and question when it comes to fitness and weight loss.  Many of the members at Bent On Better also struggle with this question, so we decided to sit down and discuss how eating the right balance of carbs, proteins, and fats can play a key role in your goals and success.

When we think of food that helps you lose weight we tend to think of fad diets, protein bars, or whatever top-notch supplement is available on the market. Although some of these quick-fixes CAN work for certain people, is there a way we can still lose weight without sacrificing the food we love?

In this episode, Matt and Nick break down the common misconceptions about food and fitness and how to incorporate nutrition as a “Forever” plan instead of a “For Now” plan.
