On this week's Going Deutsch: Schalke, Hertha, Augsburg, and Hoffenheim win in the battle against the drop, as the relegation race gets tighter with three games to go, Dortmund put six past Wolfsburg as they show chasing is easier than being chased, and Köln win against local rivals Leverkusen. In the Zweite, Darmstadt have their promotion party on hold after losing 3-0 to St. Pauli, Heidenheim choke in a 0-0 draw against Magdeburg, and HSV drop vital points in a 2-2 with Paderborn, whilst Eintracht Braunschweig and Hansa close in on safety. Also on the pod: Frankfurt and Energy Drink FC advance to the DFB Pokal Final, Hertha are nearly bust, Alex introduces a snazzy jazz bed, and Effzeh fans protest with tennis balls.
NOTE: The Eintracht Frankfurt segments of this episode were recorded before the announcement that Oliver Glasner would be leaving the club at the end of the season, which makes certain comments in the DFB Pokal segment a tad bit awkward.
