Description

Alex goes through another week of German football full of twists, turns, and questionable decisions. Bayern re-take the lead of the Bundesliga as Borussia Dortmund draw 1-1 with Bochum in controversial circumstances involving bad refereeing, non-existent VAR, and poor gift choices, Schalke turn it around late against Werder Bremen to keep their survival hopes alive, meanwhile there are big wins for Wolfsburg and Freiburg in the race for Europe. In the Zweite; HSV lose to Magdeburg as Heidenheim and Darmstadt take advantage, Sandhausen continue their recent good form with a 2-1 win against Jahn Regensburg, and Fortuna Düsseldorf leave it late to beat Karlsruher. Also on the pod: Women's Champions League discussion, Alex talks about a skate park for a bit, and the Wehen vs Meppen game needing help from someone in the crowd.
