We were joined by fellow Podcaster Mark Birtles from the Railwaymen podcast to talk about his football club Crewe Alex... but not in the sense that you may expect. Mark has had his struggles with his mental health and it lead him in 2019 to try and take his life. His love for his football club and the fact they are a smaller team with great ties to the local community means that could reach out to him and quite literally save his life.
