Ashlyn recently graduated with her degree in justice studies from Arizona State University. She was introduced to mindfulness through one of her courses while completing her undergraduate degree which surprisingly gave her the tools that she needed to manage her mental health throughout college.

She has always had a passion for helping others and practicing mindfulness and has now merged the two together in her new business, Mindfully Ash!
