Mariah is an attorney who went to Pepperdine Law School and now works at a non-profit organization! She grew up in a small town in Montana where she played several sports; basketball, track, volleyball and cross country. Throughout her younger years she sustained several injuries that forced her to shift directions with sports and was forced to find something that was less stressful on her body. On today’s show you’ll hear how Mariah naturally fell into triathlons and how she found a sport that she truly enjoys (without putting pressure on herself) with training volumes that her body can handle extremely well! She has qualified for Nationals for the last two years - so it’s safe to say, she’s found a sport that is in her wheelhouse!
