To love it and name it. Not the stuff - life. To appreciate/admire/respect yourself and everyone else and all of life.
If you had to play the animal being eaten you wouldn't care - that is your purpose. It is also that animal's purpose to love, make babies, increase, and keep on trucking.
YOU think - they don't. They love but they don't think anything other than being the best animal they can be. We think that means what we get on the outside.
It means life would still be beautiful if you didn't have any of it just because I am alive to enjoy another day. My life is perfect. My body is perfect. I get to enjoy life in this body and life is meant to be enjoyed. I shall enjoy this day. I am alive and blessed to come to realize how crazy it was. I hand my 'sins' over to the Christ and I go free. Now I am sincerely grateful to be alive. To enjoy life. To love on it regardless.
Let go of the outside. It doesn't matter. Call on his grace and mercy and he will LIFT YOU UP gracefully, beautifully, no pain/suffering, just glorious life.
That is then transmuted into whatever it is you have been desiring in life.
