In order to Slay Your Pay, it is important that you have an understanding of your value and/or your worth. If you do not, you will accept anything.
Stop and think about your worth and value and if you are making even close to that. I know you say an employer cannot pay you your worth and you would be right however, they can at least give you a competitive salary for your work.
It's time to ask for what you are worth and if one employer doesn't value you, another one will!
