Surbhi is the co-founder of LearnBuddy (www.learnbuddy.in) - an online learning platform for kids in the age group 6-14 years. LearnBuddy provides a child-friendly and trustworthy environment for interest-based learning for kids. With the aim to encourage inquisitive minds, nurture their curiosity and nudge their eagerness to learn, Surbhi is the torch bearer of the learning framework, content and strategy. Her zeal to make the learning programs fun, engaging and interactive comes from her strong background as a Learning & Development professional.
Surbhi has more than 21 years of rich experience in the Learning domain. After working with large global organizations such as Accenture, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, ANZ, Akamai, she took the entrepreneurial path with LearnBuddy in 2018. While she shifted her focus from adult learning to the kids education space with LearnBuddy, her passion to make learning experiences meaningful remains at the core of her heart. Transitioning from a much-loved and highly paying corporate job to the uncertain world of entrepreneurship wasn’t a cake walk for her and it still isn't, but it’s the fulfilling and enriching journey that continuously drives her.
Surbhi is also the National President for the WICCI Homepreneurs council. In this role, she is leading a council of 20+ strong women working together to create an environment and ecosystem to empower women to be successful homepreneurs.
