Dr.A.Dhanalakshmi is the founder of W2W Enterprises and is a postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, and Women’s Studies. She has been awarded a Ph.D. in Business Administration by Madurai Kamaraj University for her thesis in Entrepreneurship. She has more than 20 years of work experience in different sectors such as NGOs, Training Institutions, and Academic Institutions. She has worked in the International Research projects on “Women Health issues” conducted by New Jersey State University, USA, and on “Empowering the Marginalized Sections of the Society through Entrepreneurship” sponsored by Melinda Gates Foundation VHS – TAI, Chennai.
Also, we have Mr.Magesh Kumar who is a senior sales and marketing professional who strongly believes in contributing back to society. Currently, he is mentoring W2W social enterprise. It is Social Start-up Venture considering challenges with the intent of providing solutions through plastic waste management. W2W has come out blatantly that segregation at the source of plastic waste is the key. W2W has designed and developed a plastic shredding machine – AIRAVATH. This machine to be placed at the strategic location, high footfall areas.
