A 100 yard crushed gravel driveway takes you up to their farmstead. They're far from any city and close to peace and in harmony with the sweeping land around them. David and Frances Schaftlein are as hardworking as they are beautiful human beings. I've been lucky to get to know them and honored to be able to share even a part of their story.
