Dr. Mark E. Sharing how Isaiah 4:6 communicates the heartbeat of the ministry of The Refuge, Ben illustrates how The Refuge helps men get away from the storm of the things that have taken over their lives and to find refuge in Jesus Christ and in the Gospel.
