Description

This week my guest is Mary Keogh, a native of Dublin now living in Toronto, Canada with her husband Dave and her two children.  Mary moved to Canada in her 20s and worked as a nanny, She went onto to work in the corporate world in the Human Resources field.  In building relationships with her clients and colleagues, Mary felt the need to work on a deeper and more authentic level with people, so in her 40's,  She returned to full-time education to complete a Master's level in psychotherapy and went on to set up her own practise in 2018.

Mary shares very openly the ups and downs of her own life and in doing so you can feel the empathy and compassion she has for others and what draws people to her. Dealing with issues of infertility, pregnancy loss, bereavement and adoption, Mary found hope and is now grateful for the gifts that life has blessed her with.  You can find Mary through her website www.solasmentalhealth.ca and on Instagram LinkedIn Facebook
