Description

Today marks eight years since I released my first book, Someone Please Help Me, So I Did.Looking back, publishing this book was a profound turning point, one that allowed me to transform my own lived experience into support for others on their healing journeys. It opened the door to deeper conversations about trauma recovery, wellbeing, and the resilience we all carry within us.

To everyone who has read the book, shared your own story, or reached out to explore your healing in a meaningful way - thank you. Your courage and openness continue to inspire the work I do as a wellness coach, therapist, and advocate. You remind me every day why reclaiming our voice and wellbeing matters so deeply.

If you are on a path of recovery, seeking healing, or longing to reconnect with yourself in a more authentic and soulful way, I warmly invite you to join me this January for my online program, Awakening Your Inner Truth. It’s a space created to guide and support you as you deepen into who you truly are.

Thank you for being part of this ongoing mission to empower others. Here’s to continued growth, connection, and inner freedom.
