My guest this week is Siobhán Murray a motivational speaker, global thought leader on burnout, best selling author of The Burnout Solution, a resilience coach, psychotherapist and a single Mum to two teenage boys.  A wonderful lady that is so open, I was delighted to finally speak to Siobhán and learn from her amazing insight both professionally and personally. 
In this episode Siobhán shares with us what it is and has been like to work from home during the pandemic, being a parent and learning to stop juggling so many balls in the air. She shares with us what defines self-care and finding pockets of space throughout the day that allows you to become more aware of your own emotional needs and finding a balance in it all. She reminds us that we have never been in this situation before and just getting through each day is enough without adding expectations to it.
