The mother of 2 young adults and having spent over 30 years as a teacher, Fiona is passionate about placing well-being at the heart of school and family life, she has seen first hand the many benefits this brings to both children and adults alike.

In this episode we discuss the impact that screen time has on our young children and adults alike,  and how we as parents need to have more awareness on the effects it has on our mental and physical health. As parents ourselves, Fiona and I chat about finding a balance in life.

We discuss how Fiona felt the need to bring more positive psychology into the school system and how it came to fruition. An immensely skilled and personable lady, Fiona is doing what She is passionate about and in turn helping so many of our young people lead a better and more aware life.
