Kat Kennedy is an artist manager, working with the likes of We Are Scientists, Emeli Sandé and Liz Lawrence. She has built a renowned reputation for herself within the industry, working at BigLife Management for over 16 years. Kat was selected as a participant in the 2020-21 Keychange programme and often speaks at various conferences and industry events. This conversation was fascinating, speaking to someone with so much experience working in the music industry was really eye-opening. Generally, I am surrounded by others who are relatively 'new' to the industry, however, speaking with Kat put a lot of my thoughts into perspective.
