Pastor Nate talks with his long-time friend, Nick Stroczkowski about Growing Youth, a new and emerging Youth Ministry Philosophy. Nick is the Director of Lutheran Youth Western New York, a conference-wide youth ministry program that serves youth and adults in the Western New York area.
