Listen

Description

On this week's Episode we continue the conversation with Dr. Joseph Smith and Ashley Keene. However, this time there is a spin on, as we transition to tools of transformation and healing. We encourage our listeners to use these tools of healing for themselves, and for others around them. Ashley provides us with tools of healing, Dr Smith speaks to how we can create spaces of healing for Black men, and I provide six soul care tips for the Black Believer. I think my favourite part of the conversation was the collective healing mantra, which states: I am healed, I belong here, I am loved, I am appreciated, I will maintain healthy resilience, and I am seen. It was such a beautiful moment of healing and restoration. So, do you have your notebook and pen? Are you positioned and ready for God to pour into you? Because I am excited about what is going to pour into you, it will be healing and transformative, and you will never be the same. The journey of healing continues!

Finally, at the end of the episode I announced the launch of my new line Healed Collective. Join in the movement and purchase your Healed People Tee.
