She is the Co-Founder of HER USA & US, both communities that gather driven individuals in facilitated settings intended to inspire sincere connection.
After hearing thousands of women (& some men) divulge their most pressing life needs. (cough...LOVE) Marika has begun working with successful, conscious professionals to uncover their blindspots so they can reclaim their time and realize their romantic potential. She incorporates her vast networks to often set up her clients after working together.
Marika began her career in hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton and Standard Hotels. For over 15 years, she served in numerous sales leadership roles and traveled the world staying the the most interesting hotels until getting grounded with a new baby in Jan. 2020.
Marika's community building prowess and sales background align in making her a master organizer, facilitator and advisor.
She uses her diverse skill sets throughout the vertices of hospitality, coaching and community to elevate various clients via direct consultation.
