We kick off our Get Fit series today! We're so excited to dive into this topic and we thought the best place to start was to focus on our spiritual fitness! Our physical health is very important, and it's much easier to keep track of because it's, well, tangible! We can SEE it, we can FEEL it, but it's the things we can't see or necessarily feel that require our immediate attention. It's important that our strength in the Lord is not weak -- that we don't find ourselves lacking the ability to handle the world's challenges because we have not built up enough strength in God himself.
Today we stop and consider why it's important to grow our strength in Him! Get ready, it's about to get physical!
