Project 40 is a 40 day Challenge based on the principles of the book, Be More Today: A 40-Day Guide to a Better Version of You.
For 40 days, you will be encouraged to increase your physical, mental, and emotional capacities to start 2022 off right. You can complete any and all forms of physical activity, as long as you do at least 40 minutes of exercises daily. That's 26 hours of fitness over 40 days. We know you are busy, so if you miss a 40 day workout one day, make it up with an 80 minute workout the next day. The goal is to reach 26 hours of physical activity in 40 days.
The challenge begins on January 1st. The cost is $25 which includes:
- A black and gold winter beanie from the "More Swag" store.
- A $5 discount off the Be More Today book (originally priced at $20)
- Virtual run or fitness kickoff on 1/1/2022 or 1/2/2022
- A BMT finisher medal.
Project 40 will push you to participate in 40 days of physical activity of your choice!
