Humility is NOT knowing. Sometimes to thrive in the transition you have to give up knowing. You have to sit with things. You have to get support. You have to ask for help.
And speaking of help, Steve dropped some very practical tips on how to practice humility more – or at least to be more aware:
* Explore and document your top values
* Build a personal mission statement
* Identify what feeds your ego versus what builds humility
* Engage those around you
