Description

EPISODE 32: If there’s one thing I can almost guarantee, it’s that we’ve all been through a bad breakup. After finding her way past her own devastation, Mae Yan vowed to do the same for countless others worldwide.

She’s been able to harness her own sensitivities and acute self-awareness to realize that medicine was not her true calling. Instead she shifted toward a career in occupational therapy and relationship coaching to help guide people toward their most confident selves and in turn, create more fulfilling lives as individuals and couples.

We talk about her transition from the US to the UAE, the unique self-love challenges we face as Asian Americans, and how she’s managed to even make cutting vegetables into an opportunity for mindful meditation. Enjoy the episode!
