When Jesus came to minister, He came in a body. When Jesus rose from the grave, He did so in a physical body. Body, spirit and soul are all important. As we think about how Jesus lived in His body, empowered by the Spirit, we find out how God desires for us to use our body while we are here. And as we wonder about what eternal life will look like, we need not look further than the resurrected body of Jesus. We will be just like Him. The incarnation and resurrection of Jesus show us the value that God puts on our body.
