Today I talk about urgent vs important tasks. Former U.S President Dwight D. Eisenhower once said: "I have two kinds of problems: the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent." Choosing what to spend our time on is critical, and we need to avoid wasting it on meaningless tasks at all costs.
