Today I'm going to talk about why not having a boss is great. Good managers work to help reveal things in us that were previously hidden beforehand, Bad managers take away our autonomy to deal with situations as we see fit. Making ourselves more accountable and more responsible brings with it tremendous opportunities to grow as an individual.
