Today I talk about how criticism is a gift. Criticism can be hard to receive. We can interpret criticism as highlighting out our shortcomings and flaws, or as an opportunity to grow. The gift of criticism is a a unique perspective that by incorporating it into our world view will better inform our decision making in life.
