Microaggressions are, "brief and commonplace daily verbal, behavioral, or environmental indignities, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative prejudicial slights and insults toward any group, particularly culturally marginalized groups." Have you experienced any microaggressions? How do we respond differently as victims versus as witnesses? How do we internalize limiting beliefs from these microaggressions?
In this week's 'Let's Talk', Coach Colette and her Start Within Team discuss their own experiences with microaggressions, how they have dealt with them, and how they have internalized limiting beliefs at different points in their lives. Interested? Tune in to listen to their answers to the questions above and more!
