'Help' is planning rapid reconstruction aid Heavy floods have left a trail of destruction in Nordrhein-Westfalen and Rheinland-Pfalz. At least 159 people died in the flood, and there are still many missing. In many places the infrastructure has completely collapsed: roads are not passable, there is no electricity, entire houses have been washed away. 'Help' plans quick and uncomplicated reconstruction aid for the social facilities destroyed by the flood, such as schools, kindergartens and facilities for people with disabilities.
