Nutrition is a pretty massive and really confusing topic. A lot of people ask me if certain foods are good or bad, or what supplements they should buy. Others tell me they eat healthy but are frustrated that they aren’t seeing the results they were expecting or were promised by some product or diet book.
We don’t subscribe to the idea of foods being good or bad but instead consider nutrition with a broader viewpoint. In this podcast, Coach Pete will be looking at 5 main priorities, prioritised by the size of the effect they have.
The first priority is the one that will have the GREATEST impact on supporting your health or fitness goals, the second priority will have the second greatest impact and so on.
