Whilst many get into resistance/strength training on the expectation of hypertrophy and imporved body composition changes, in reality it takes a longer time to build up the training capacity that actually leads to noticeable differences in hypertrophy.
So can you, or even should you, try to improve hypertrophy whilst initially starting strength training?
