A look into a book I stumbled on for my kindle concerning the attraction theory. I liked how the book suggested 5 habits that can be applied to allow someone to be able to embrace and actually apply the attraction theory without a lot of the excess fluff you tend to find in books on the topic. Chris Tomasso’s quick, but usefully detailed book was a smooth intake and I found immediately beneficial and applicable, so I wanted to share some of it with everyone. I see so many people struggling to find peace, especially during these times of the pandemic, and I want to remind everyone that you are amazing, and everything you need to take control of your life and find some semblance of consistency and happiness is and has been inside of you the entire time.
