肺炎疫情在過去數週席捲全球。許多國內企業為了避免高密度接觸、擴大感染，限制曾出國旅遊的員工需在家隔離遠端工作，許多國家也紛紛採取限制入境來避免疫情擴散。 在行動被限制的情況下，許多被影響的人們不得不透過通訊科技，遠端維持他們的事業以及職務。
然而，並不是所有人都喜歡遠端工作，尤其認為透過通訊科技的合作會造成溝通及合作困難。究竟什麼原因會造成合作困難？ 有沒有什麼研究機會是可以改善這些困境的？
