Happy Workout Wednesday. Remember last week we learned that exercise and movement isn't supposed to be torture! It is supposed to be a fun part of who you get to be. Today we are going to take it to the next level. You get to feel strong, filled with energy and excited about your body.
Today's Challenge:
Add 15 minutes of movement into your day above what you normally do. If you have done nothing up to now, no problem. Try taking a 15 minute walk.
