👋 I am taking myself off the altar of sacrifice and going under a tree for some rest. The Lord has laid on my heart ❤️ that it's needful for me to do so. I will be resting for the next few days here at home on a "staycation" while life goes on. I need to unplug and recharge. It's been a busy season and demands have been great on my time, intellect, body, mind and spirit. I refuse to run on empty and even overload. The mature thing to do, is to every now and then disconnect, process and also ensure that "you" are well. My family, church and those whom I cover deserve the best of me.
I'll save the rest for my church on a personal text to them...
