On this edition of The Sports King Show in Hour One we welcome former local product who played at Gar-Field High School in Woodbridge, Va .... the University of Richmond and the Buffalo Bills Safety Jeff Nixon is our special guest. We talk about the high school game in front of 15,000 fans between the Woodbridge Vikings and the Gar-Field Indians a battle of two 9-0 teams.

We also discuss his great career at Richmond and his time as a Spider. We then go into his career as a member of the Buffalo Bills and how he spent his first bonus check. We discuss the Bills and how they are developing into a winner. I ask him about being a member of the famed "Bills Mafia" and what the fans of the Bills mean to him. I close it out by asking him about being voted as a top R&B guitarist and his life after football.

In Hour Two, we welcome Dr. Lonise Bias the mother of the late, great Len Bias one of the greatest basketball players of all time. She shares some stories shes never shared with anyone about the former Maryland star and how she never realized his true greatness until after he passed away.

She talks about what type of child Len was and how he developed and his time at Maryland. We talk about the night Len died and how her family has come to grips with it. We talk about Len's legacy and the tragic shooting and death of her other son Jay.

Dr. Bias offers messages of hope and talks about what we can do as a nation to heal during the  Corona Virus and the racial strife of today. We end the discussion by giving listeners ways to reach out to her and we get her thoughts on what Len would have thought about her activism after all these years.
