This week we're getting all the workout motivation from MARYKATE SCHMIDT, founder of Movement by MK (formerly Froyo to Fitness).  MaryKate has build an incredible, dedicated community through Instagram and her Zoom workouts that has continued to grow over the last few months with everyone working from home.  MaryKate tells us about her own weight loss journey and how she eventually found movement as a form of medicine.  She talks about the importance of balance and how she's changed her relationship with her body through healthy food, exercise, and a healthy mindset.  And she gives us all her best tips on how to motivate yourself to look forward to your workouts!
