Welcome back! Today we are joined by Alanna Sucher, creator of Combined by Alanna, NYC's plant-based meal delivery service centered around the principles of food combining. We hear Alanna's story of how she was first introduced to the concept of food combining, how it impacted her health and her overall life, and how she eventually decided to *combine* these principles with her love for cooking in order to share it with others. She cooks and delivers meal all over NYC, with plans to expand in the near future. While different things work for different people, we love that this concept is not based on restriction, but rather on the way you combine certain foods and the timing in which you eat them. This was such a fun and informative episode to record and we learned so much from Alanna!
