One of the biggest challenges I’ve been facing this year with my job is trying to keep kids motivated and teach them the importance of school. Everyday I usually hear a kid say “I hate school” or “school is stupid I don’t need school”. This has been an ongoing battle all school year, not only within our schools but within myself. The question I continue to ask myself is at what point or what happens to a student that they come to the conclusion that school isn't going to benefit them? Simi and I try to tackle my burning question this episode and try to find out, what is enough?
