A conversation with Megan Alexandria Franco who at the time was the Director of Housing Services for the Hampton Roads Salvation Army. She talked about the many services offered by the Salvation Army when people think of them as just the bell ringers and red kettle money collectors as well as a place to donate clothes a and other items. Since this broadcast Ms Franco has received her PHD in Social Services and will be employed with the city of Hampton Va as a Supervisor at the Social Services Department.
