Confidence before Jesus P2: 1 John 2 28-29
1. The Introduction: Will we have confidence before Jesus at His coming?
1.1 Big Idea: Here are two truths from 1 John ch2 vv28-29 to prepare us to have confidence before Jesus at His appearance (28-29)
2. The first truth to prepare us is: to abide in Him (28)
3. The second truth is: to practice righteousness (29)
4. Conclusion: the exhortation: These two truths to prepare us to have confidence before Jesus at His appearance – will we be obedient to them (28-29)
Reflection: Will you have confidence before Jesus at His coming? Do you abide in Jesus? Do you practice righteousness?
