Giving thanks always P2: 1 Thessalonians 5: 18
1. The Introduction: Do we find ourselves giving thanks to God always?
1.1 Big Idea: Here are two helpful insights from v18 of 1 Thessalonians ch5 to help us to make sure we don’t forget to give thanks to God always (18)
2. The first helpful insight is: give thanks in all circumstances (18)
3. The second helpful insight is: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you (18)
4. Conclusion: the exhortation: Will we submit ourselves to God and His Word and apply these two helpful insights from v18 of 1 Thessalonians ch5 to help us to give thanks to God always (18)
Reflection: Do you find yourself giving thanks to God always? Do you give thanks to God in all circumstances that is both the good times and bad times? Do you believe that it is God’s will for you to give thanks in all circumstances - both the good times and bad times?
