Description

COORDINATION is how everything is accomplished. We either accept, learn, apply and practice this, and do it better or we don't. In Martial arts systems we learn about the mind, body and spirit connection. This eludes to the self being somehow separate and complete. It is and...nothing is accomplished, even the being of self without relationship to everything else, other people, places, things and even energy. We are always COORDINATING. It is just whether we do it well that makes the difference. 

We see this in action in self-defense. If we COORDINATE our training, and our practice we might not get stabbed, shot or punched in the face. If we don't COORDINATE training and practice we might get stabbed, shot or punched in the face. Simple. Was that too harsh? Maybe, however, consider it to be somewhat exact. Without training we cannot foresee an attack to avoid it, and without application and practice we might not have the skills needed to survive intact.
