The MOMENT OF CONSIDERATION (MOC) without exception saves life, yet that same MOC obviously costs life in a real sense. The MOC loss of life is far more common than preservation in modern society.

Think about lost opportunities for relationships, experience, and adventure as today we consider almost everything the least bit challenging as a great white lurking in the deep ready to devour people foolish enough to take ACTION whole, leaving any stray limbs to wash up on shore days later. A warning to all those who dare take ACTION! Have you guessed what actually gets in the way of taking ACTION?

What gets in the way of taking ACTION every time is FEAR. So if ACTION removes FEAR and FEAR stands in the way of taking said ACTION… What can we do as TRUE WARRIORS OF LIFE destined to survive, evolve, and win for generations to come? TRAIN!

TRAINING, is the experience of taking ACTION over and over again, and makes even the most intimidating situations seem normal. If I asked the common person on the street to join us in self-defense practice Tuesday, and told them we would be “choking each other out” to the point of near unconsciousness, their autonomic systems would probably start ramping up right there on the sidewalk. Warning them of imitate danger, their mind, and flush of hormones would be telling them, “No, do not go, danger, danger, run away now!”

Strange as it may sound, most people don’t think of strangulations as normal.

However, since everyone that practices self-defense and TRAINS on a regular basis, knows the first Tuesday of this month is strangulation practice, there would be almost no FEAR, no matter the size, or strength of the self-defense practitioner. Why? because they TRAIN, and TRAINING is taking ACTION over, and over again. Additionally, there is a multiplier in this equation. The TRAINER.
