Jeff Ostermann is responsible for providing leadership to Sweetwater's Human Resources group to strategically develop the talent, teams and culture that enable Sweetwater to grow its positive impact on music-makers in the U.S. and around the world. Sweetwater, based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana is currently the number one online retailer in the country for music instruments and professional audio gear. He is also active at his church and is on a variety of non-profit boards.
Jeff joins me to discuss Matthew 6:33 with the focus being around what are we seeking. Jeff gives us practical examples of how we are constantly challenged in this life to be seeking the wrong things that can ultimately derail us from our original path. He shares what being in a leadership position has meant to him and how he has grown over the years being in different positions and surrounded by the right people. He also shares a story of God’s timing being perfect.
