Confidence. This is an edgy topic! Every time I get a DM asking me how I'm so confident, i have two very different reactions. My system kind of alerts me like I'm in danger (agh! yikes- someone is mad. shrink!) and i also feel a lot of gratitude- for me, and for this human being so vulnerable and sharing their struggle with me.
It takes time for sure to build up self-confidence and self-assurance, and it might feel like a lie and like you're playing this character, but it will get easier. And you can start practicing today!
Practice what your boundaries are personally and professionally, write down some affirmations for yourself, and figure out how to show up in a way that feels good so that you're showing up as your authentic self. Cuz the more you're showing up in a way that makes you feel excited and energized, the more it makes showing up so much easier.
