What does it mean to have a mindset practice? It literally is when we get our brains on our side! It means that you get to decide that everything is working, that you are enough, and that you get to do shit in a way that actually feels good for you. It's about not making yourself wrong, less than, or bad. It's about choosing to work from a place of readiness, instead of enoughness and bringing awareness to your thoughts. 

Instead of: What can I do to be better? How can I be better? What can I change about myself/my strategy/my life to be good enough/get to the next level/attract my dream clients/make more money??

Try: I am on my own timeline. I do things at the exact perfect time for me and I am always moving closer to my desires. I am deciding now that I am worthy and powerful and will show up like the boss bitch that I am. I am ready to make big shifts in my life and business and will start showing up as my authentic self. (or if you aren't ready- that's ok too! Don’t make it wrong. Own it, and feel the power of standing in your own truth!)

In today's episode I'm going to share how more often than not, we really DO have the power to reframe our negative thoughts into healthier ones. And not in a gross toxic positivity/bypassing way ya'll- but in a way that is actually helpful!
