In this week's episode I'm talking about regulating your nervous system! If you've been here for a while, then you know that I am always talking about ways we can calm our bodies & how taking deep care of ourselves should be a core business practice! We literally cannot create from force, push or hustle- and this concept goes way beyond "just" self care. Eating a cupcake and putting on a face mask, although can bring us joy, is not necessarily tending to our nervous system!

When we are feeling "buzzy" (this is how I describe the feeling in my body when it's in a stressed/anxious state) it's hard not to think that we need to hurry up and do more!⁣
